or, you can replace 1 bowl of kellogs cereal for 2 meals a day for 2 weeks! its that simple! 1 cup of cereal plus 2/3 cup of skim milk twice a day and then whatever you would normally eat for dinner. they say you can really lose the weight this way, and i think we all know why.
