At 8:41 AM, erin said...: hey mollie, i had a dentist appointment this morning at 8am on west washington. when i called in this morning, the receptionist asked why i had to cancel and i considered telling her that my car wouldnt start. i wish you were handling the call because you are skilled at these types of situations. i ended up telling her that "i physically could not make it."
I was warned that next time i will get a $70 dollar fee for cancelling, but not this time.
