Today. I am procrastinating.

Because it's time to pack, and I can't make important decisions about what to bring.

It's hard enough deciding what to wear for one day... but 5 is... serious... serious business. SERIOUS! AND I'M GOING TO THE DESERT. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THAT.

Erin said I won't need more than one sweater. This I cannot understand. I'm bringing 3.

And do I bring the REALLY funky (as in stanky) old sneakers, or the KIND-OF funky old sneakers? (note picture. LAL gave me some new funky sneakers... they're too big, but I like)...

Green swim suit, blue swim suit or orange swim suit?

I'm just... really stressed out about it. I don't even know what luggage to use... there's this closet full of suitcases...

AND yesterday I had cramps... and I thought I was hungry (that always happens) so I ate about a half of a bag of frosted animal crackers for dinner... and I'm still regretting that... (kind of. they were really good)...(they had sprinkles).

It's just... so hard to be me... oh. god. I have THIS INTERNAL DECISION PROBLEM PAIN.

This is on my myspace blog... but I need it here so Erin can read it.

My sister just walked up to me with a wet dishcloth and said, "will you get the sauce off of my back?" I laughed at her.

This is the story my morning today.
My mom harrassed me into going to Marshfield with her and my grandma. I think I was still a bit drunk when I submitted. I got in the car.
Car pulls into street and starts to journey to Marshfield
I said, "um...when will we be back?"
Grandma said, "oh don't worry... we'll be back by supper. This is going to be fun..."
M: "?!?...HOW LONG IS THE DRIVE?"
G: "Three hours"
M: "WHAT? Oh god. I really dont want to go. uh. I changed my mind. You guys I really don't want to go. You guys...Please mom, please let me out... I'll walk home. I don't want to go. Please can I just get out and walk home? Please?"
G: "Shut up. You're coming with. Lisa lock the doors. Mollie, you're going to love this. We're bonding. Isn't this fun?"
M: "No. Seriously. I don't want to go. Please. Let me out. I want to go on a bike ride. It's a beautiful day. Please. I don't want to go. Really. You guys. I don't want to go. Please let me out. I'm serious. Please? I don't want to go. I'm not kidding."
My Mom: "Stop being a brat."
M: (slowly unbuckles her seatbelt...)
Car pulls up to a stoplight...
Mollie panics opens the car door, jumps out.
M: (on the blvd., frantic) "I'm sorry. I love you guys... I just really can't go..."

And then I ran down the street. Because I really didn't want to go. Now I'm going to address the burrito situation.

See? You like that Erin?

AND FURTHERMORE: can you please make my birthday cake this year?

(Lindsay... I really liked the birthday cake you made me that one year. That was nice. Maybe next year you can make my 25th birthday cake. Wouldn't that be fun for you? I bet you'd like that.)

This was my week. (look down... at the blooooog)

Meaghan and I were laying around on the couch at my dads house watching the boyfriend screening for the NEW, THAT'S RIGHT, NEW season of I Love New York. The amazing show on Vh1 about a crazy-ho-black lady with really greasy boobs trying to find a decent man on tv.

So. Meaghan said, "let's go fishing..." in her most beautiful lazy mono-tone voice. and I said, "okay...."in my most beautiful lazy mono-tone voice... so we got up, hopped in the car and went to a pond off of the highway. We used dog treats and a crispy dead worm as bait until I dug up a fresh wiggly worm. We walked along the beautiful, trash covered shore and Meaghan got stuck up to her knees in the mud. I laughed my ass off (see photos). Then we fished.

We only had one pole and I wouldn't touch the fish after I caught them, so Meg did most of the fishing. Then I had to go to work.

Later on that week I went to Rookies for Alyssas "POWER HOUR" that she won at BINGO. She got to host 10 friends and drink fo' free fo' 60mins. Tick tick tick. I got drunk. doye.

Later on that week I grilled out with the ol' neighbor, Matt and Alyssa. I made VEGETABLES. doye. (see photo... aren't they cuuuute)

Later on that week the ol' neighbor and I had to give drunk ol' Meaghan a ride home and in her Ron Diaz and Strawberry Kiwi high she told us that if ol' neighbor #2, (WHO is transgendered and possibly becoming transsexual)... if ol' neighbor #2 "gets rubber balls, she'd TOTALLY touch them." I laughed my ASS off. Then she yelled, "LET'S GO OUT. I NEED A DRINK!" girl didn't. girl was a kick.

And today I worked and biked my sorry ass up giant hill of death TWICE. And I got to see the grown-ups act like fools at the MOTHERS DAY extravaganza my grandma hosted. (not fun)............. my uncles mark and tom were my saving grace. Meaghan had to work. Lucky.

I miss you girls.

Lindsay. Those gray pants rule, and when I was biking today they totally fell off (you know I love a good pair of saggy pants)... and everyone on Elton Hills Drive got to see my turquoise underpants clinging to my bon bon. I thought about pulling over to pull them up, but then I decided I didn't care. I'd love to see a girl crusing up a hill with 3/4 of her butt exposed.

I hope to bring joy and underpants freedom to this sterile and serious town.

Someday I will tell you about the time Meaghan took me to the circus. Two weeks ago.

I spent last night in an old neighbors kitchen spinning around in an office chair. Using his knees as brakes.

Later we went to his deflated air matress and catapulted each other into the air. With the power of GRAVITY.

mollie's a quitter. i was still into the game. i guess we were too slow, erin. mollie do you still smoke? erin do you still sometimes smoke? i never do anymore. that reminds me of madison. the smell of clove cigarettes reminds me deeply of college. i am going to be back with you so soon!
recently, i decided that after this, i want to do some hard work in the dirt and help needier people than those who live in the suburbs of tokyo. mollie, erin, would you come to haiti with me? let's forget about money, volunteer and learn spanish. most of all, let's not worry about sex or boys or girls. just about humans and the earth and the truest, truest love.
maybe it was inspired by this day last weekend in which i helped an organic vegan farmer in his rice field. the guy in the photo is my friend jonathan, who lives in tokyo, and loves food more than anyone i've ever met. food is so good, isn't it?

right now i am wasting time in the library until my 11oclock class. i have been awake since yesterday morning at 10. i took a nap and woke up at hmm 4 and have been up since then and now it is 10 20 am. why you might ask? (you meaning mollie or lindsay) well the answer is simply that i have been finishing a painting for the last 18 hours or something. i dont have any memory from early wee hours this morning i've never done this before im in the twiiiiilight zoooone. i have to do laundry today and i know i wont be able to carry all my laundry to the mat because its so far away and my laundry weights so many many pounds. i have considered calling my mom and asking her to come here to do my landry but then i remember that i have to start taking care of these matters on my own. i wonder why it takes so long to do something on a painting. my friend melissa was also there all night. and she had two of her friends who arent even in the painting class come and keep her company for like um 9 hours or something. they are probably best friends because that is pretty insane. at 5am i ran around the square the humanities building listening to led zeppelin. and i threw away ham yesterday and that felt pretty good because that stuff was grrooossss.

To Lindsay,

Elliot is very handsome these days, as he grows from a small kitten into a mature adult. His fur is as soft as it has ever been and he spends a lot of time licking it so that it stays soft and shiny. Occasionaly he will lick his paw and wipe his nose. We all do the best we can, and for elliot, picking his nose is not as easy as it is for people to do. During the day he spends his time lounging around the house and asking Marla what is growing on her belly. Marla doesn't respond, she just sits on his face. Elliot is a really good jumper, too. Sometimes when he is in battle with Big Marla, he will jump and flip 3 feet in the air! When this happens, Mollie and I watch and Mollie sometimes misses class because his jumping is so good. Elliot does have some problems but that is because he is an outdoor cat. He cries and causes trouble in the house because he knows that his true heart belongs outside. I would let him roam and be free, except I think he would get hit by a car within 10 minutes or less. He is adapting to home life, however, by eating cereal when he is hungry because Marla eats all the cat food. Marla is only doing the best she can, too, and I love her. Elliot is the best purr-er.

To Lindsay:

Elliot is the grossest cat ever. He comes into my room when I'm asleep and sneaks up on my bed and sniffs around. His nose is full of boogers and snot, and I can hear him breathing and sniffing. Usually he sneaks up to my face and sniffs it with his boogery nose and tries to rub his boogers on me while I'm dreaming. And if he sniffs really loud I wake up and say, "WHAT, the fuck? go away. you're gross." and he croaks. He doesn't really mew anymore. it's a croak mew scratchy throat mew. It's gross. And he also tries to lay in plants and vased flowers, and he opens our cereal boxes at night and rips up the bags and eats the cereal. He likes rasin bran. Also, he likes to break things and crawl in dirt. AND he kills nightmare bugs. For that, we keep him.

Marla is a lady. I made her a pink and purple easter egg last night at Hepzibah and Troys. She loves it. Sometimes she licks Elliot to try and clean him up a bit, then she says, "Ew you are gross. I quit." and they fight alot. And it's reallly great. Elliot has sweet moves. And Marla has itchy spots now because she developed allergies. Says the vet. So. That's too bad. And she likes to read books and make me dinner. Why. Just last week I was sick and she made me chicken noodle soup. YUM YUM!

Also, they think they're going to be fed at night now... because Erin was trying to get Elliot better by giving him soft food with medicine in it on evenings... but it was BS... so she doesn't do it. But they still want to eat at night... which is a pain to deal with... because they mew and claw you and break things until you feed them.

They both want to go outside too. Erin thinks that Elliot is an "outside cat"... this has caused us some apartment conflict.

Annnnd... that's about it. They're pretty much the greatest.
